Swansdown Lodge is a three bedroomed, contemporary, stylishly furnished lodge set on the banks of a well stocked fishing lake, complete with its own fishing rights (Oct to April).

We have furnished the lodge simply but with 5* style and comfort in mind, with luxury linen on the comfortable beds (king size in main bedroom) and a high quality, well equipped kitchen. The lodge has full central heating and air conditioning for the summer months. We have Sky TV, DVD player and an i-pod dock for your entertainment and, if you do get bored of the view?? you can always have a go on the X-Box.

The upper deck is enclosed with gates at either end and is fully furnished with a large circular table and chairs, two sun loungers and, no deck would be complete without a steaming hot tub. The lower deck has a sofa and two chairs, two jetties and swans that come and visit.

But don't think that the lodge is only suitable for the warmer weather, its lovely and cosy in the winter too. Snuggle up on the squashy sofa and watch the swans and geese on the lake. Why not try the hot tub on a clear night and gaze at the stars. Swansdown Lodge truly is a year round destination.
