Oakcliff itself is an 8 acre park laid out in lawns and parkland around an elegant Georgian house which has the David Bellamy Gold Award for its environmental qualities and the Four Star "Excellent" Award from the English Tourism Council for the high standard of the park facilities.

Leave the M5 at Junction 30 (Exeter Services) and take the A379 signposted to Dawlish. Keep on the A379 straight through Kenton and Starcross villages. After Starcross continue past the harbour until you reach Dawlish Town. As you enter Dawlish turn left, signposted Dawlish Warren. Oakcliff Reception can be clearly seen 3/4 mile further on the left.
