The fitted kitchen includes a granite worktop, range cooker, integrated fridge and dishwasher and also a butler sink. A separate utility room provides a washer/dryer, freezer and microwave. Laxfield is a small village with huge character near the old established market town of Framlingham with its fantastic castle dating back to the 12th century. 10 minute walk to local facilities in the village include shop, post office and two pubs. Many great pubs and restaurants nearby.
