Our log cabin is just that, a real log cabin made using the whole tree trunk skillfully cut to sit on top of one another. The all wood construction combined with a luxurious interior and stunning private river views make for an unforgettable experience. Situated on the banks of the river Lyne each cabin comes with miles of river to fish and explore. The area is a rich habitat for local birds and animals with kingfishers, otters and many others making the area their home.

We are located just north of Carlisle in Cumbria, close to the Lake District. Our postcode for sat nav is CA6 5TU. Directions Come off the M6 at Junction 44. Take the exit to Longtown on the A7. Stay on that road until you reach Longtown, in Longtown turn right at the “Grahams Arms” Pub. Stay on that road until you go past a national speed limit sign, turn right after the sign down a country road, signposted to Shankhill. Stay on that road for 5 miles, go through a crossroads and you will see a sign on your right for “Hidden River Cabins”. Turn right and follow the signs.
