Our three bedroomed Dream Lodge is located on Woodlands Park, which is in the heart of '1066 Country', so here you’ll find history at every turn. You won’t believe you’re less than 60 miles from London, because Woodlands feels like a world away from the hustle, bustle and pressure of city life.

With good transport links to the Olympic village it’s also a stepping stone into London if you need it too, with all the benefits of a quiet location to come back to at night.

If you feel like venturing out to dip your toe in the nearby sea you’ll find that easy to do in minutes from this location, which is wonderfully quiet, yet close to lots of activity in Hastings too. If you feel like staying on the park you’ll enjoy our exclusive woodland development. A dendrologist recently verified that one of the park’s magnificent yew trees dates back at least 500 years and of course, because it is so well established it’s already home to lots of wildlife and varieties of birds too.

Our bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room, are very comfortable and are complimented by the generous living space and the comfortable and contemporary design of our decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave. In fact, your perfect home away from home.

As our bookings are managed by the Dream Lodge Group, we comply with their check in time of 4.00pm.

BY ROAD: From junction 5 of the M25 take the A21 south towards Hastings. Just before Hastings take the A28 towards Westfield. Woodlands is on the left after about 1 mile. Or from Hastings take the A259, follow the signs for the A21, then take the A28 towards Westfield and continue as above. BY RAIL: Hastings 5 miles away, Battle 3 miles away.
