We are just six miles from the historic lace-making town of Honiton, now widely celebrated as the antiques and curios capital of the South West. Nestling amongst the dramatic, steep wooded Blackdown Hills, we also enjoy an enviable position on the edge of the pretty village of Dunkeswell , which has a convenience store, social club, tennis club and a typical Devonshire thatched pub. In nearby Sidmouth, you'll find beautiful gardens and leisurely walks, regency history, clean beaches and friendly shops. Less than 30 minutes drive away is Exeter, the capital city of Devon.

BY ROAD: On the M5 exit at junction 28 on the A373 towards Honiton. Turn left for Broadhembury, then follow signs to Dunkeswell. On entering Dunkeswell take the first right (Highfield Road) then the fourth right (louis Way) until you reach Blossom Hill. BY RAIL: Honiton 9 miles away, Exeter St Davids 20 miles away.
