Our holiday home is ideal for couples wanting a peaceful break. Our private lakes are teaming with wildlife and the many public footpaths and bridleways with stunning views of the Whinfell and Howgill Fells are ideal for leisurely walks or biking. We are only approx 15 mins from Windermere and Kendal is only 10 mins away. We have 1 holiday let on our Park and 15 owner occupied holiday homes.

Leave the M6 Motorway at Junction 39. Proceed South towards Kendal (A6) for approx 8 miles. Turn left when you see sign for Patton Bridge. Continue for approx half mile and go past Poppy Farm Caravan site for 500 yards to crossroads. Turn left and we are 100 yards first on the left, over the cattle grid and up our private drive to the Park.
